BROWNS OWENS RIVER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Bishop. It is a mostly medium park with a possible 75 sites to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If you ever get near Bishop make sure you stop on by the BROWNS OWENS RIVER CAMPGROUND.
