AVALON CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Clermont. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 200 sites to park your RV. This park has no pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A motorhome. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Clermont – instead stop and rest at AVALON CAMPGROUND.
