Cross between a fifth wheel and a travel trailer

What really caught my eye about this little travel trailer was that on the first look I had told myself “what a neat little fifth wheel”, but when I actually LOOKED and used my eyes, it was a travel trailer!

Here is a a NON-exhaustive list of the features that define this trailer :

• Two slides – multiple slides are more and more common on travel trailers

• front bedroom
• black tank flush
• You can expect this unit to have the normal complement of modern travel trailer accessories : refrigerator, microwave, range, oven, gray water storage tank, black water storage tank, fresh water storage & pressurized water system, shower, toilet, ample storage (enhanced by the slide out), air conditioner, furnace, pre-wiring for TV, LCD TV’s, and many other small features you can look-up online.

Great little family weekender – with a whole-lotta-cool!

This little 25 Foot Airstream flying cloud would be a great trailer for family weekends. Its fully equipped, but short enough to be a little lighter. Nice front bedroom with some convertible space for the kids. I do think a single could live in the darned thing too. The interior styling is first class – the darned thing is like a design showcase on wheels.

While most of you can look up the the specs online or at your dealer, I’ll just give some of the high point features here that make this travel trailer what it is :

• Front bedroom
• Copious bench seating
• No slides

• Normal complement of modern travel trailer accessories : refrigerator, hot water heater, air conditioner, furnace, microwave, gray and black storage tanks, fresh water tank & pressurized water system, range, oven, shower, toilet and really good closet space for a small travel trailer.

Perfect little car pullable trailer – when a tent isn’t enough!

These Thor Camping trailers are really neat little lightweight trailers. I would think they are perfect for the family who camps a bunch, doesn’t care for wet tents and doesn’t want to own a truck.

The most SALIENT, or relevant features I can think to list, but in no way exhaustive :

• Not a tent! Durable.
• Aerodynamic
• Heater for cold days
• Air conditioner (optional)
• Mini Fridge (optional)

So this can be a pretty cool “hardsided” tent!

Flying Cloud – What an incredible vision that invokes

This is a beautiful Airstream 30 Flying Cloud (rear bedroom).

I would say that the Flying Cloud is not as fancy as the Classic’s. Hard to put your finger on exactly the difference – if you look at a list of straight features – it would be hard to tell the difference. But there are several nice features in the Classic line (such as the fancier kitchen)

Some of the interesting features that I would say are defining characteristics of this trailer I list here. This isn’t meant to be an exhaustive list, but just to point out the highlights :

• Classic aluminum exterior
• Incredibly clean, and stylish interior
• Electric Jack
• Beautiful light colored wood styling
• Well designed use of windows, awnings
• Of course it has the usual assortment of modern travel trailer niceties such as microwave, range, LCD TV’s, AM FM stereo,  DSI hot water heater, furnace, air conditioner, refrigerator (a stainless steel style), awning, fresh water tank, gray water holding tank, and black water holding tank.
