POHICK BAY REGIONAL PARK

POHICK BAY REGIONAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Lorton. It is a largish park with a reported 150 slots to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your mansion on wheels should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Lorton – instead stop and rest at POHICK BAY REGIONAL PARK.
