FRIO RIVER LANDING is a RV Park in or near the town of Leakey. It is a super miniscule park with a claimed 4 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your large Class A should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Leakey – instead stop and rest at FRIO RIVER LANDING.
