These park units are pretty amazing. I believe that this unit is pretty well designed for two people (or one) to live in full time. Also I see these being purchased by people to rent out to others for nice weekend retreats.  They are very beautiful inside and built to really be moved a small handful of times. In general, they are more mobile and durable than a single wide trailer home but less durable (as far as “moving”) than an RV. I think a great quality combination.
