YAMPA RIVER STATE PARK (HEADQUARTERS CAMPGROUND) is a RV Park in or near the town of Hayden. It is a almost small park with a claimed 50 pads to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a very long RV rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Hayden, give the peeps at YAMPA RIVER STATE PARK (HEADQUARTERS CAMPGROUND) a call.
