YAKIMA SPORTSMAN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Yakima. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 37 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very large camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Sewer connections are provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Yakima make sure you stop on by the YAKIMA SPORTSMAN STATE PARK.
