WILDWOOD STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Wading River. It is a mostly medium park with a possible 80 pads to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your mansion on wheels since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Indications are that this park is not particularly animal friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Wading River, you might find a great place to stay at WILDWOOD STATE PARK.
