WILDERNESS CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Montello. It is a somewhat large park with a reported 342 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Bring your swim trunks this park has access to a pool. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Montello – instead stop and rest at WILDERNESS CAMPGROUND.
