WHISPERING PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Mancelona. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 100 rv sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Bring your skivvies this park has access to a pool. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at WHISPERING PINES FAMILY CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Mancelona.
