WESTERNER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Red Deer. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a reported 99 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Rig since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at WESTERNER CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Red Deer.
