WESTERN HORIZON RESORT – INDIAN WATERS is a RV Park in or near the town of Indio. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a possible 265 slots to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long RV rig since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. One of the more civilized services – WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Maybe an anti-riff-raff rule, but tent camping is not accepted. Bring your swim trunks this park has access to a pool. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
