WAWONA CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Yosemite National Park. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 93 pads to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. We are not sure that your very large camper can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Yosemite National Park, you might find a great place to stay at WAWONA CAMPGROUND.
