W.P.FRANKLIN LOCK AND DAM NORTH (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Tice. It is a fairly small park with a possible 30 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your very long RV rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip soda in style. If you ever get near Tice make sure you stop on by the W.P.FRANKLIN LOCK AND DAM NORTH (COE).
