VORTEX SPRING is a RV Park in or near the town of Ponce de Leon. It is a very small park with a reported 20 slots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A motorhome. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Depending on your perspective you might like this park as animals are not particularly welcome. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip lemonade in style. If you ever get near Ponce de Leon make sure you stop on by the VORTEX SPRING.
