VIENTO STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Hood River. It is a mostly medium park with a listed 74 rv sites to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Hood River – instead stop and rest at VIENTO STATE PARK.
