VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Mount Airy. It is a somewhat small park with a possible 34 sites to park your coach. This park has no pull thru sites. Your very long camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you have a tent, you will need to keep it stowed at this RV park as tents are not allowed. I am confident that the kind folks at VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Mount Airy.
