VAN BUREN STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of South Haven. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a claimed 220 slots to park your camper. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your Motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at VAN BUREN STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by South Haven.
