We are a large RV park located in York Valley, a small town considered part of Duncan. We gladly welcome your families and your pets. We offer a recreation hall which includes a pool table, a workout area, and a functional kitchen area. We have clean showers that are open to our tenants 24 hours a day, as well as a laundry room . We even have mobile homes for rent, as well as efficiency apartments. Management lives on site to handle any needs that may come up. We are open to travelers as well as long term tenants. We are located between the Morenci and Duncan school district, and not too far from Safford, either. All tenants get their own yard area, as well as parking. There are many things to do in the area, including the old train station in Clifton, or the old town of Duncan. Morenci offers its own versatility, its biggest attraction is the copper mine. But, there is a lot of beautiful sights to see and explore on the way to any of these towns. In York, the actual city name where the park is located, you can have your gas pumped for you at the local convenience store “3-Way”, which is across the street from the old drive in theater that is now closed permanently, but still standing. So come out and find the nostalgia of being out in the mountains, and in the desert. Its sure to be a delight.
