VALENS CONSERVATION AREA is a RV Park in or near the town of Hamilton. It is a largish and maybe almost large park with a reported 220 sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Bring your swim suit this park has access to a pool. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at VALENS CONSERVATION AREA would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Hamilton.
