TURKEY POINT CAMPGROUND (COE) is a RV Park in or near the town of Melvern. It is a somewhat small park with a reported 40 pads to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. If you are driving a very large camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Your pet is welcome at this park. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip jack and coke in style. Do not just drive by Melvern – instead stop and rest at TURKEY POINT CAMPGROUND (COE).
