TRAILSIDE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Parry Sound. It is a largish park with a claimed 160 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large Class A motorhome since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Parry Sound, give the peeps at TRAILSIDE PARK a call.
