TRAIL OF TEARS STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Jackson. It is a small park with a claimed 52 slots to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Your mansion on wheels should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Jackson – instead stop and rest at TRAIL OF TEARS STATE PARK.
