TIMS FORD STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Winchester. It is a medium park with a listed 88 spots to park your RV. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a very large camper. No need for a generator since the park has electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. If you ever get near Winchester make sure you stop on by the TIMS FORD STATE PARK.
