THE LANDING CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Sylvan Beach. It is a mostly medium park with a reported 75 pads to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. When you are relaxing and enjoying your RV, you will also enjoy the Cable TV hookups too. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Sylvan Beach – instead stop and rest at THE LANDING CAMPGROUND.
