TAYLORS ISLAND FAMILY CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Taylor s Island. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a reported 100 rv sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. We are not sure that your Big Rig can fit comfortably so please call ahead. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip root beer float in style. I am confident that the kind folks at TAYLORS ISLAND FAMILY CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Taylor s Island.
