TAWAKONI STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Wills Point. It is a mostly medium park with a possible 78 spots to park your home away from home. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Your very long RV rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Some really good news is that a sewer connection is provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Wills Point make sure you stop on by the TAWAKONI STATE PARK.
