SUNRIVER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Center Barnstead. It is a small to medium park with a claimed 62 sites to park your home away from home. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large RV. Electric hookups are provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Depending on your perspective you might like this park as animals are not particularly welcome. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Center Barnstead – instead stop and rest at SUNRIVER CAMPGROUND.
