SUMMITT LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Nakusp. It is a somewhat small park with a possible 35 spots to park your camper. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your mansion on wheels should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. If you ever get near Nakusp make sure you stop on by the SUMMITT LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK.
