SUGARITE CANYON STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Raton. It is a almost small park with a reported 41 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Sewer connections are provided. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here.
