SUGAR RIVER FOREST PRESERVE is a RV Park in or near the town of Durand. It is a medium park with a listed 82 sites to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Do not worry too much about the length of your very large camper since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Durand, you might find a great place to stay at SUGAR RIVER FOREST PRESERVE.
