STORRIE LAKE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Las Vegas. It is a fairly small park with a listed 30 slots to park your coach. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Your pet is welcome at this park. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Las Vegas – instead stop and rest at STORRIE LAKE STATE PARK.
