STAUNTON RIVER STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Scottsburg. It is a almost small park with a listed 48 sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. If you are driving a Big Daddy RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. No need for a generator since the park has electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Swimming pool access is a nice touch for this park. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Scottsburg, you might find a great place to stay at STAUNTON RIVER STATE PARK.
