SPLIT ROCK CREEK STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Jasper. It is a fairly small park with a possible 28 pads to park your coach. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. If you are driving a Big Rig, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by Jasper, give the peeps at SPLIT ROCK CREEK STATE PARK a call.
