SOOKE RIVER CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Sooke. It is a small park with a reported 60 rv sites to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Do not worry too much about the length of your large RV since the sites are built for large RVs. Electric hookups are provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. I do not know about you, but I cannot live without 802.11 WiFi and this park has it so that is a good thing. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Addict – no cable tv at this park. Go ahead and bring along little ole Yeller since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip mimosa in style. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Sooke, you might find a great place to stay at SOOKE RIVER CAMPGROUND.
