SNUG HARBOR RESORT is a RV Park in or near the town of Rio Vista. It is a fairly small park with a claimed 26 pads to park your recreational vehicle. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a large RV, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Power is no problem – the park has 50 amp service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. One of the more civilized services – 802.11 WiFi – is provided by the owners of the park. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Barky since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. If you ever get near Rio Vista make sure you stop on by the SNUG HARBOR RESORT.
