SIUSLAW/CAPE PERPETUA is a RV Park in or near the town of Yachats. It is a somewhat small park with a claimed 38 slots to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a very long RV rig. We do not believe the park has electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Sparky since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Yachats – instead stop and rest at SIUSLAW/CAPE PERPETUA.
