SILOS CAMPGROUND – CANYON FERRY is a RV Park in or near the town of Townsend. It is a mostly medium park with a reported 80 slots to park your camper. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. Your very long RV rig should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Make sure you have water in the fresh tank as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. We tend to enjoy parks that have some connection to a waterfront, like a river or lake – and this park has that. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Townsend, you might find a great place to stay at SILOS CAMPGROUND – CANYON FERRY.
