SHARON JOHNSTON PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of New Market. It is a fairly small park with a listed 28 rv sites to park your coach. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large RV. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Indications are that this park is not particularly animal friendly. Note – tent camping is forbidden. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not be a stranger, when you are by New Market, give the peeps at SHARON JOHNSTON PARK a call.
