SHADES STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Waveland. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a possible 105 spots to park your recreational vehicle. This park has no pull thru sites. We are not sure that your Motorhome can fit comfortably so please call ahead. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Fluffy since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. If you ever get near Waveland make sure you stop on by the SHADES STATE PARK.
