SANTOS TRAILHEAD AND CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Ocala. It is a fairly small park with a possible 24 pads to park your RV. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. Do not worry too much about the length of your very long camper since the sites are built for large RVs. No need for a generator since the park has electric. One really nice thing is the 50 amp electric service. Another of the basics – water hookups – is provided. You will not be able to stay indefinitely as there are no sewer connections. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little ole Furr Ball since this park is Animal Friendly. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. Do not just drive by Ocala – instead stop and rest at SANTOS TRAILHEAD AND CAMPGROUND.
