SANTEE STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Santee. It is a largish park with a reported 156 pads to park your RV. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your very long camper should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. Electric hookups are provided. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of WiFi. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Go ahead and bring along little Paws since this park is Animal Friendly. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. If the days get hot, you can enjoy the shade trees that exist here. I am confident that the kind folks at SANTEE STATE PARK would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Santee.
