SANDBANKS PROVINCIAL PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Picton. It is a large park with a reported 549 pads to park your home away from home. This park must not have any pull thru sites that we are aware. Your large Class A should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. Regardless of other connections, water, surprisingly enough, is not a provided service. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. We have no idea of the over the air TV, but we do know that no Cable TV is provided. Animals are welcome here. Some parts of this RV Park are more rustic than others with tent camping being accepted. This park has some waterfront so you might get to enjoy the added benefit of the peace of water. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive.
