SAND CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Chesterton. It is a largish park with a claimed 140 pads to park your camper. This park has pull thru sites for your convenience. Do not worry too much about the length of your Big Daddy RV since the sites are built for large RVs. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. No need to fill the freshwater since there are water hookups. Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. If getting in a pool is your thing then you are in luck at this park – it has pool access. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. I am confident that the kind folks at SAND CREEK CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Chesterton.
