ROYAL MOUNTAIN CAMPSITES is a RV Park in or near the town of Johnstown. It is a somewhat small park with a listed 35 sites to park your RV. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If you are driving a mansion on wheels, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. If you are lucky, you might be able to use your cellular for internet, but otherwise there is no 802.11 Wireless Internet. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip gin and tonics in style. I am confident that the kind folks at ROYAL MOUNTAIN CAMPSITES would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Johnstown.
