ROX LANDING is a RV Park in or near the town of Medicine Lodge. It is a very small park with a reported 12 rv sites to park your recreational vehicle. This park does not seem to have pull thru sites. The owners of the park were careful not to claim that the park can handle a large Class A. No need for a generator since the park has electric. There is NO 50 amp service at the park. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Adding to your RVing joy, make sure you bring your stinky slinky as there are sewer connections at the park. One of the more civilized services – 802.11 Wireless Internet – is provided by the owners of the park. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. If you have a tent, you will need to keep it stowed at this RV park as tents are not allowed. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Do not just drive by Medicine Lodge – instead stop and rest at ROX LANDING.
