ROOSEVELT STATE PARK is a RV Park in or near the town of Monroe. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a listed 109 spots to park your coach. This park has pull thru slots to make setting up a snap. Your large Class A should have no trouble in the longer slots this park has. You will be able to connect your RV to electric. You will be thrilled to know that 50 amp service is provided. For the true RV experience – water hookups are provided – much better than camping in a tent! Sewer connections are provided. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a Couch Potato – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. A neat thing about this park is that it does have some waterfront attached to it. Some shade trees do exist, which also make the park more scenic and attractive. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Monroe, you might find a great place to stay at ROOSEVELT STATE PARK.
