ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATL PARK/TIMBER CREEK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Grand Lake. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a claimed 100 spots to park your coach. This park has pull thru pads if you are uncomfortable with backing your rig. If your coach is 36 feet or longer you might want to call and see if you are too long. Make sure your generator is fueled up for this park. Electric looks to not be provided. Do not expect to run both air conditioners as 30 amp seems to be the largest service. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. Probably due to the nature of the park and its location, sewer connections are not available. The park has a more authentic camping experience than some RV parks due to the lack of 802.11 WiFi. You had better hope you have satellite if you are a TV Watcher – no cable tv at this park. Animals are welcome here. If you like to REALLY get outside, you would be thrilled to know that you can camp in a tent here. Maybe if you are planning on visiting Grand Lake, you might find a great place to stay at ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATL PARK/TIMBER CREEK CAMPGROUND.
