ROCK LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK CAMPGROUND is a RV Park in or near the town of Hinton. It is a slightly larger than medium park with a claimed 93 pads to park your RV. This park has no pull thru sites. If you are driving a very long camper, then you are in luck since there are some extra long pads. Bring your generator as this park does not have electric hookups. The largest electric service is probably 30 amp. At a minimum, make sure you have some drinking water as water hookups are not provided. You will want to ensure an empty gray and black tank as sewer connections are not provided here. Be prepared to actually put the computer down and enjoy your coffee as there is no WiFi. Really this shouldn’t be an issue for campers, honestly, but there is not a Cable TV hookup. Go ahead and bring along little Mr K9 since this park is Animal Friendly. Not sure this is a good thing for a high class RV experience, but tent camping is allowed. Shade trees are at this RV park so you will be able to sip pina colada in style. I am confident that the kind folks at ROCK LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK CAMPGROUND would want you to give them a try if you are passing by Hinton.
